MOB Hotel Cannes

"This hotel was just great. It was beyond my expectations after being used to 5* The staff were always happy and smiling, nothing was a bother to them and they were very attentive and friendly. Unlike your usual South of France vibe, they were all lovely. The bed was so comfortable, bedding and towels - top quality. Their cleaning team were excellent. MOB if you read this please pass it on. Couldn’t fault this hotel and very reasonably priced for this area of the riviera."

"Frankly, hotel to avoid. I stayed one night at the Mob Hotel in Cannes and I spent one of the worst nights of my life. First of all, upon arriving in the room, there was a smell of piss, frankly not pleasant at all. Then, no television in the room... I have been staying in hotels for maybe 20 years and I have always had a TV in the rooms. Here, nothing. I don't understand the concept. And then the noise... a disaster. The walls are so thin that you hear absolutely everything in the hallways and in the rooms next door. People talk, slam doors, make noise all night long. You can almost hear the neighbor farting because the insulation is so bad 😅. And on top of that, there is the noise from the road, so it is impossible to sleep properly. Honestly, for the price and for a hotel in Cannes, I find it really outrageous. I have rarely spent such a bad night in a hotel. For me, this is clearly a hotel to avoid."

"The rooms are clean, but the terrace is dirty; the kitchenette is covered in dust and there’s no space to relax. I don’t recommend it for a longer stay—one night at most. There are definitely better places."
