Luxotel Cannes

"I also wanted to highlight the exceptional hospitality and kindness of the team at this hotel. I arrived really early and rather stressed due to the Revolut / Google cloud outage which had made me nearly late to an important client meeting. With a dog in tow also. The receptionist (and I am so sorry I didn’t catch your name) quickly understood the issue and put me in a meeting room and offered me a coffee. It was quite an unusual event and at that point there was little information about it but I needed to have my meeting and then deal with the fact all my banking apps were not working. What impressed me even further was the fact she had communicated to the team I was there and the issues going on. It was exceptional customer service on the spot with quick decision making and deserves some recognition. I nearly always use Radissons for both work and pleasure and am a VIP rewards holder and this one occasion proves to me exactly why I will continue to be that. The hotel itself is also beautiful, exceptionally clean, calm and relaxed. Yes there is the train line but you are in Cannes - the train does go through a great deal of it. It’s a level 15 minute walk along the beachfront to the centre. To me though, the kindness of the whole team here and the quick thinking of that one receptionist I really hope gets recognised as to me it was gold level standard of customer care."

"The hotel is very nice, the rooms are impeccable. The view is superb but a major flaw. The train line runs underneath and frankly it is really disturbing. Impossible to leave the windows open. Really a shame.😞"
