Juliana Cannes

"Quite a relaxing hotel. Quiet and peaceful. Amazing shower. Wasn't that clear to me how to log on as says log on to Juliana but you're supposed to implicitly know to log on to the wi-fi called Premiere etage or douxieme ands put the password for Juliana but doesn't reference Juliana in the name of the wi-fi. Also there's nothing to say what number to call reception. I hit all the keys and eventually found it was '9'. Disappointing that there was no coffee/ tea/ any minibar. It was a relaxing stay though, quite classy and the staff were nice and rooms very clean."

"Had a very mixed experience staying at this hotel which has put me off it. We had issues the first night with poor AC and asked to move room when it couldn't be resolved, as the temperatures were still in the 30s. Strangely we were moved to a smaller, darker room. Asked to move again to match what we booked. The balcony door in this 3rd room wouldn't close and lock. Maintenance had to be called. We had an issue with the door and the 'knack' to close it over the 3 night stay. Not happy about our rooms security, put me off opening the door to the balcony and any interaction with reception. We found them uninterested and if we had personally offended them. Not the attitude we had experienced in other locations during our 2 weeks in the Riviera. Yes they may have tried to resolve our issues, but they were not warm or friendly people. On the morning we departed, we check out and said goodbye, they ignored us. LOL. On the other hand, breakfast staff were the opposite. Smiley, chatty and really lovely. Telling us about the hotels beehives and bring out the honey to sample. Breakfast had a decent enough continental style choice and the dishes were replenished regularly as it was always very busy. We did like the room, it was large and spacious, modern and comfortable. Though the wardrobe hanging space was limited. I liked the bathroom layout and space and the shower was good. My only issue was the metal strip across the entrance to all of the rooms. You had to lift your case over it as it's so high. I've never seen such a thing in any other hotel ever, as it was a dangerous trip hazard! The hotel is in a good location, the far end of quiet la croisette, in a quiet street a few minutes from av. de antibes and the beach."

"I stayed for 3 nights as it was the host hotel for the OTILLO Swimrun race . Very good all round. Friendly, helpful staff, good room with comfortable bed and large bathroom. Quiet location with good access to shops and restaurants. Decent breakfast. Recommended"
