"⭐☆☆☆☆ One-Star Review I cannot recommend this hotel based on my recent stay. During my stay, I discovered that my room had a bedbug infestation. As a result, I sustained numerous bites, experienced significant discomfort, and had to spend a substantial portion of my trip dealing with the consequences rather than enjoying my vacation. When I reported it the front desk said "they don't carry any disease"!!!!! The infestation also affected my personal belongings. To prevent bringing bedbugs home, I incurred additional expenses for laundering, treating, and isolating my luggage and clothing. Even after treatment, I continued finding live bedbugs among my belongings, creating ongoing stress and concern long after checking out. I immediately reported the issue to hotel staff and documented the situation with photographs. While the hotel acknowledged my complaint, the response did not adequately address the full impact of the incident. They said well this happenes. Beyond the physical bites, there were unexpected financial costs, lost vacation time, and considerable emotional distress associated with ensuring my belongings were safe to bring home. Travelers trust hotels to provide clean and sanitary accommodations. Discovering a bedbug infestation undermines that trust and can have consequences that extend well beyond the stay itself. I still have bed bug sores from this stay. I hope the hotel takes meaningful steps to inspect and treat affected rooms thoroughly, strengthen preventative measures, and improve how guests are supported when serious health and sanitation issues arise. Until then, I cannot recommend staying here nor I will never stay at another IBIS ever again."

"Location is great only a 15 minute walk down to the beach. My room was very basic however very clean and tidy. Nice hot shower with good water pressure. Elevator available to get luggage up to the room. However, no safe available to store valuables."

"This hotel was the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The toilet was filthy and smelt. The room was tiny and the bed and pillow were horrible, the pillow was so soft there was no neck or head support and the bed was rock solid. The bedding was ripped. The maid came into our room once and didn’t even change the bedding. You either had to have the blind fully shut or fully open. There’s only one lift for the seven floors so you always had to wait. And I queued for nearly 20 minutes at reception one day just for the man behind it to allow someone to push in front of me. I couldn’t wait to leave."
