"Fik et værelse op under taget, 5 sal, ingen vinduer i badeværelse som kunne åbnes, morgenmad blev henvist vist til et andet hotel 250m væk, elevator kun til 4 sal, derefter en lille trappe op. Ingen brandtrappe eller exit. Vi klagede til respetionen, da vi har betalt 3000 kr pr. nat - de var totalt afvisende. Nok det værste vi nogensinde har prøvet..... We were given a room right under the roof on the 5th floor; the bathroom had no windows that could be opened, we were directed to a different hotel 250 meters away for breakfast, and the elevator only went up to the 4th floor, leaving a small flight of stairs to climb after that. No fire exit. We complained to the reception—considering we paid 3,000 DKK per night—they couldn't care less.... Probably the worst experience we’ve ever had..."

"The hotel is in a convenient location near the train station and a few minutes walk to the beach. Neighbourhoods near train stations in France a somewhat rough. The hotel is definitely not 4*. It’s a basic 3*. Very tired looking and dirty carpets in the staircases. The rooms very basic. The staff were friendly."

"This hotel initially displayed a rate of €190. A promotion offered it at €120. The reviews were good, even very good, the breakfast was rated "fabulous." One could therefore expect a quality service: - no one at the reception (probably in training) incomprehensible as their mastery of French was almost non-existent, - uncomfortable bedding (two small mattresses joined together as a large bed, - awakened by cooking smells throughout the room very early in the morning to the point of feeling nauseous, - breakfast reduced to the bare minimum in a very small space (only four tables in the entrance hall), absence of tea, only two small pastries, choice between only two jams, no fruit juice, mediocre quality coffee, and finally milk that had soured, thus undrinkable. Extremely disappointing experience that is absolutely not up to the standards of an establishment of this type. Management needs to address all these shortcomings at the risk of losing its clientele."
