"Not recommended – disappointing experience and poor customer service I would not recommend this hotel. Beyond the lack of flexibility regarding a room with a sea view during a very quiet period, the overall experience was disappointing. There is only one lift serving over seven floors, with waits of up to seven minutes. My room had still not been cleaned by 2 p.m., despite calling three times. The soundproofing was practically nonexistent, and some pillows and bed throws were stained. What makes the experience even more disappointing is the hotel’s attitude towards customer feedback. Rather than acknowledging these issues, the response to my review came across as defensive and dismissive, showing little understanding of the guest experience. My two-star rating reflects the overall stay, not simply the refusal of a complimentary upgrade. Hospitality is about much more than charging for a sea view; it is about cleanliness, comfort and making guests feel valued. Unfortunately, this hotel fell short on several fronts. I would not return or recommend it."

"We ordered a piece of fish to share and were charged 130 euros. We had a small bowl of mashed potatoes and a small side salad consisting of only greens. When we questioned the price, we were told it was priced by the gram. We, of course, did not realize this since we’ve never had this type pricing before. My husband was treating us to a massage the next day but we had to cancel to cover this meal. We could have paid the money but I was so incensed that I just didn’t want to pay anymore money to this hotel. The rooms are very nice, but small….no real complaints there. Just a mistake I didn’t want others to make!"

"Incredible stay in this high-end hotel but so much less ostentatious and so much cozier than the other big Cannes establishments. Everything is done so that you feel good there. From the round architecture of the building, the spa (one of the best I have seen), the rooms, to the decoration in general, the quality of all the meals (incredible breakfast with an adorable team, thank you Louis, and very attractive menu for dinner with delicious flavors, but also a formidable Japanese restaurant in the adorable adjoining villa), the breathtaking view from the rooftop (undoubtedly one of the most beautiful in Cannes), the ideal location 2 steps from the beaches, and very close to the historic center, and above all, above all the warm and unique welcome from all the staff (thank you to Mr. Jad for his thoughtfulness, thank you to Fanny for her valuable advice), You feel like you are at home, except that you are in paradise! Run there!"
