La Villa Port D Antibes & Spa

"Our second time staying here. Great location, cold rooms and quirky decour. The staff are fantastic; friendly and helpful, especially the ladies at breakfast. The lobby smells so good, not sure what scent they use but when you walk in off the street you’re hit with it straight away. Hard to describe, but combined with the cool AC, and the gold coloured statues, reminiscent of being in the Moulin Rouge, obviously a good thing."

"During my stay at Hotel La Villa the air conditioning in the rooms was not working. The halls and lobby were air conditioned but not the rooms. Had to leave the room door open at night and in the morning to try and get some cooler air in from the hallways. As well only received 1 bath towel for both me and my partner to use. After going to the reception they seemed hesitant to give me extra towels saying “maybe”, after asking for 3 towels I could only have 1. Had to reuse towels as room service did not provide new ones each day. Overall, if you’re on a budget and don’t mind a warm room it’s fine, otherwise I would skip."

"We enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel. The decor is beautiful and spotlessly clean. We stayed in a triple room with a balcony overlooking the street. It was very comfortable and the shower was fabulous. The staff were so kind and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice and everything was so fresh. We had room service one evening and the pizzas were fantastic. It is centrally located , a 10 minute walk to the train station . I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Antibes."
