"Great small hotel excellent helpful staff near everything the beach,station and town centre had a great stay"

"Excellent hotel in so many ways. Located 5 minutes walk to very nice, sandy beaches. Local bus stop 100 meter from hotel and less than 10 minutes walk to railway station. We were very satisfied with our room located one stair up at reception level, with a nice sea view There is no lift. Our room and bathroom was clean and cozy and tended by staff every day. The atmosphere is warm with very helpful and friendly staff. Reception is manned all day, with a night watch present if help is needed. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every day, on the nice terrace. We can fully recommend this hotel and will stay here on our next trip to Juan-les-Pins."

"We were throughly impressed by this hotel. Its location is excellent, being near the train station, the centre of town and the promenade, and we could see the sea from our room, one block away. Our twin-bedded room was small but bright, welcoming, immaculately clean, and newly renovated. The owners and staff clearly take great pride in the running of the establishment, and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfasts were relaxed, self service, and on a rather charming interior terrace. They included cold meats, eggs, cheese, cereals, yoghurts and cake; everything was of good quality. Hotel Eden is a small, well run and well priced hotel, and we would not hesitate staying there again."
