"The hotel is clean, in a nice area, with a parking in the back, but the rooms are small and the shower is for tiny people, you can;'t turn around even. The staff was normal, nothing special, but if you are on the road and you want only to sleep, it could be an option. Safe and clean. The pets are allowed but with extra charge. The bed was really good, and for the internet you need to register, give your details...."

"Stayed in the B&B Hotel Le Relais (not to be mixed with B&B Hotel) on a business trip to Sophia. The room is super compact: There is only narrow walk path around the (double) bed, but still it has almost all necessary: A table, two chairs, a closet, AC and a bathroom. But I would have gladly changed the tiny tv for a fridge, and have another electrical socket. On the bad side there was a ugly stain in front of the bathroom. Probably due to not so well designed floor, which leads spilled water from the shower or the sink into the room. Also the towels were rough and soap hopeless. But the most important thing, the bed, was really good. It saves a lot. Besides the stain and few minor things, this was quite a nice room. For the price, I can definitely think of coming again."

"The green umbrellas that are in the picture do not exist. The whole patio are was filthy and unkept. The picture below shows a planter box full of water with moldy moss floating on top. Disgusting. The exterior of the building was dirty and falling apart. The rooms! We had a group of 43 and hardly any of the rooms had working air conditioning. The are extremely tiny rooms. Our room smelled musty. The picture below will show why. Our carpet was soaked from the bathroom door to under our bed. Gross!! The bathrooms are the size you would have in a camper. The was not even enough room to turn in the shower. Could not ask for another room because they didn’t even have enough rooms to accommodate our group despite the reservation. A few of our group members have to walk down the road to a even more rundown sister hotel. No staff stayed in the building for the night. They left and you were on your own if any issue came about."
