Hotel Casa Rossa

"We stayed in hotel Casa Rossa in June for 11 nights. Our room was a ground floor garden room which was perfect, the bed was comfy and the room clean . We had a small fridge in the room and the aircon worked well. Hairdryer provided and toiletries of a high standard. Coffee machine and kettle which we used regularly. The hotel staff are all very friendly and approachable. Breakfast served outside and was a good continental breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon served each morning. Pool area was excellent, with good quality sunbeds , the only negative was a small charge per day for pool towels, however if you pop to town you can pick up a good towel for a few euros. The walk into town was very easy with a great selection of restaurant and shops some of which were quite high end . Overall we would recommend the hotel the area for a relaxing holiday. One trip you must do is to catch the local tourist train into Calvi. We will return soon"

"We stayed four nights in an accessible room because it was the only one left. The pool area and grounds are very pretty. The room was large, but very basic. Seemed odd to not have towel hooks or toilet paper holders. We had a private patio with table and chairs and a place to put wet clothes which was nice. The breakfast was 12 euros so we opted to walk to town which was only a 5 min walk. Wifi is not in the rooms so we spent time by the pool when we needed to which also seemed odd. But, the staff were very nice and the room was clean. Plenty of parking too. The bed was comfortable and there was a huge closet."

"Beautiful stone buildings, conveniently located for the town, beaches and supermarket. Pool is a real delight! We found the reception staff very friendly and the kitchenette well equipped. We couldn't believe it was only 3 stars, certainly deserves 4!"
