Hotel Casa Rossa

"The Hotel Casa Rosa is very pleasant: the pool is great and the rooms are really cool. Unfortunately, my stay was completely ruined at breakfast time because of Toninia. Her welcome was catastrophic: she complains constantly and does everything possible to avoid serving coffee. Suffering from generalized anxiety, this situation stressed me out so much that I ended up having a panic attack while leaving with my coffee. A big thank you, fortunately, to Saveria, the young woman at the front desk, who was wonderful. She defended me against that lady and took the time to calm me down with a lot of kindness. Please work on her behavior with customers because she does not know what a person is going through in private; I lost my uncle last night and I did not need that."

"We stayed at this hotel for 1 week. It 'a small structure like boutique hotel well maintained, our room was spacious and also had a very useful kitchenette if you do not always want to go out to eat or even for breakfast DIY. The center can be reached on foot in about 10 min. Also excellent room cleaning service. Beautiful swimming pool not very large and a bit 'besieged at peak times where there are not enough sunbeds for everyone but in high season and 'a thing to take into account. We had chosen this structure also for the fact that it was pet friendly and in fact our dog was accepted without problems with a supplement of 10 euros. The problem for dogs is if anything where to make them do the needs because in the small garden of the structure is not the case and outside it is almost all concrete and you have to make do in some way in some flower bed. The biggest problem is that in the rooms, or at least in mine, the wi fi line did not arrive, considering the international users I recommend the hotel to solve the problem because otherwise the structure deserves and we were very well. Positive also the quality / price ratio."

"We stayed in hotel Casa Rossa in June for 11 nights. Our room was a ground floor garden room which was perfect, the bed was comfy and the room clean . We had a small fridge in the room and the aircon worked well. Hairdryer provided and toiletries of a high standard. Coffee machine and kettle which we used regularly. The hotel staff are all very friendly and approachable. Breakfast served outside and was a good continental breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon served each morning. Pool area was excellent, with good quality sunbeds , the only negative was a small charge per day for pool towels, however if you pop to town you can pick up a good towel for a few euros. The walk into town was very easy with a great selection of restaurant and shops some of which were quite high end . Overall we would recommend the hotel the area for a relaxing holiday. One trip you must do is to catch the local tourist train into Calvi. We will return soon"
