"An authentic, properly made French soupe de poisson has to be one of my culinary winter favourites. For some reason it's hard to find the 'right' version that offers the traditional rich flavour, even in France. To my surprise, the restaurant at the hotel served one of the most delicious soupes I've ever had. Sadly, not the same good luck in the other restaurants on the island, so more than once decided to keep the dinner light to enjoy a late soupe treat upon returning to the hotel. And adding to this rare find are the wonderful views, facilities and the efficient service you get at the hotel, which is a great choice for that corner of the island."

"We enjoyed one of the finest sea food meals ever set against the beauty of the coast and bay. The lobster was grilled to perfection and the initial preparation done expertly by the waiter. Our party enjoyed lobster,crab,fillet steak and lamb cutlets. Each dish was cooked to perfection. The service was prompt yet relaxed. Fine dining in a friendly atmosphere set in the perfect location. Dreamy. Such a meal does not come cheaply but two of us ate the lobster, and yes it was well worth it. As for the hotel, well the rooms are more like small apartments and magnificently appointed. Sea views comfort and class. It is all in the name. Dolce Vita."
