"Let's start with the positive: The rooms at this hotel offer a breathtaking view. They are bright, spacious, and the bedding is excellent. The pool, the abundant and lush vegetation make it a very pleasant setting. BUT, the receptionist only knows one word: Hello. Not a single exchange, like: Are you settled in well? Did you sleep well? How was your day? No sightseeing advice. Nothing. NADA! When we went to settle the bill upon our departure, the receptionist had his head down behind his desk, he lifted his head when we called out to him! And above all, avoid going through the reception to reach your room, he will point out to you that you can take the small bridge. The breakfast buffet takes place on the terrace. There is a choice of sweet/savory items, but the service is totally disorganized: tables are not cleared or cleaned as they go. The guest is forced to move everything to the next table. The buffet empties quickly, the person in charge of breakfast seems totally overwhelmed, inefficient: something is always missing. The welcome booklet states: * 1 bottle of sparkling water is provided for your welcome: that is not the case. * Offers light snacks: that is not the case - As for the cats, they squat on the reception sofas ..... that is not great! Yet I love animals. Total lack of professionalism, of kindness. Real hotel training would be necessary!"
