Terrible hotel: my booking was cancelled with no vaid reason!!

"My booking was cancelled by this terrible hotel with NO valid reason. The reason given by the hotel is that their attempt to pre-authorise or charge my credit card was rejected. However, when I called my bank, they told me that they could see absolutely NO attempt of this in their record. So basically this hotel lied to their customers!!!"

Decent room & breakfast for a nice over-night stop

"Decent room & breakfast for a nice over-night stop, clean & functional, bathroom small and no wardrobe, so really an over-night stopping hotel, close to the road network.Reception is only open at certain times, but you can access your room code. We did ask for a room with a decent view and instead of a lakeside view we had a lovely view of the motorway and van park"

Good hotel, bit far out from everywhere

"Hotel was good, we chose to stay here which seemed to be the same for others (Guns n Roses concert). It was quite far out from the city centre so the Uber’s did cost a bit, therefore we do think we should of paid our more to stay in the centre. The other weird but was that you checked in through a machine but could only pay through card and not cash (if reception was not open). There was people around if you needed help and 24 hour support call. "
