"Let's start with the good bits,rooms are big enough with a balcony bed very comfortable two 1 litres of water supplied every day for free .Shower is ok kettle in the room mini bar but charges if used we had a room with a sea view which was nice but I would advise on a pool view if you like me want to have a swim before breakfast.now for the bad bits I had a bad stomach for our 7 days although my son was fine my wife got it last 3 days.The food is very repetitive and not great staff manning the front desk don't speak very good English , I would advise against eating the salads and only eat fruit you have to peel stick to cooked food you have to book a hotel bus to get to the beach oh also don't drink the local beer as I think that's where I got Pharos revenge,last don't pre book a taxi use the Indrive app much cheaper for your stay and all resorts are not to far from the airport don't change money at UK airports you won't get a good deal there are ATM s at sharm airport hope this helps."

"We have just returned from an absolutely wonderful holiday, and I honestly cannot fault a single thing! From start to finish, the staff were amazing and made our stay so special. A huge thank you to Magdy, who was always so helpful and couldn't do enough for us, and to Shady, who made sure we were never without a drink while relaxing by the pool! The managers should be incredibly proud of the fantastic team they have. Every member of staff made us feel so welcome, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It has been an absolute pleasure staying here, and we have made some lovely memories. We will definitely be returning again! Thank you all for making our holiday so special. ❤️"

"Stayed at Xperience Sea Breeze Resort on 10\2026 for 9 nights with 4 family adults aged late 60s -70s who are all active. Am only posting this review to warn future customers that claims by other reviewers and Easy Jet that this is in fact a 5 star (or better!!) resort is highly misleading/untrue or fabricated. We were initially told by the Easy Jet rep that the water was not fit for drinking/teeth brushing etc although the ice cubes provided would be safe. - 5 STAR ? Despite taking precautions all 4 of our party suffered with diarrhoea in varying degrees and for varying periods up to 5 days, although the resort management concluded that we were not in fact ill as we hadn't reported to the on-site doctor for treatment! On-site shopping arcade readily provided medication and digestive biscuits as part of the treatment for what was obviously a very common occurrence. Practically all the other English speaking guests we spoke to had similar experience - 5 STAR? Public toilets were well maintained but instructions to dispose of toilet tissue into the pedal bins (see photo), especially if suffering from diarrhea was more 1970 Greek Taverna than 5 STAR hotel/resort? WiFi signal almost non-existent in all areas of the hotel, so you may as well leave your devices at home - 5 STAR? Food exceedingly bland - how many ways can you flavour chicken? And the only Wellington (Beef Wellington???!!) I saw was worn by the gardeners. Fresh orange at breakfast was charged at. $2 (US), Beefeater gin would cost you $10 (US) - 5 STAR? (Although the soups, rice pudding and cheese on toast were good, but hardly qualify as fine dining). The accommodation was in 2-3 storey blocks with no lifts - 5 STAR? Despite reporting a very noisy bed to reception on 3 occasions it took the intervention of the EJ rep for the bed to receive attention - 5 STAR? The hotel (resort) had a very narrow footprint surrounded on both sides by much larger 'Resorts' one of which had its large and noisy air con plant machinery behind some very tall screens which impacted on quiet levels around the top pool for most of the day - 5 STAR? Access to the 'beach was down 2 very steep paths, 300 - 400 m long with provision of a frequent bus service. The beach was tiny and disappeared when the tide was in, beds on tiered levels from the 'beach' would have made a sardine feel claustrophobic with well worn non moveable beds. The popular 'stroll along the beach' holiday activity was only in the imagination with each resort fencing off its own small shoreline - 5 STAR? The pools were ok but don't understand why you would travel all the way to the Red Sea to sit around a pool - could do that anywhere warm. There was a jetty you could swim/snorkel off into a small buoyed-off area but again cramped and restricted, couldn't help bumping into other snorkelers - 5 STAR? On the positive side the staff were extremely obliging, particularly towel, bar and pool bar service. Rooms were big and airy, although a little tired, air con, shower and availability of hot water was good. Free shuttle to either Soho Sq or Naama Bay is a useful option although we were not able to use this facility as one or other of our group was too ill to leave the hotel Anyone with any experience of a 5 STAR hotel/resort would rate this a 3-4 Star resort which is reflected in the price and is supported by my specific examples. You get what you pay for."
