"What was once a good but tired hotel is getting even better. Money has been as is being spent on improving the social areas…. Love the improvements to the roof and beach areas! The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The reef at the end of the hotel jetty is excellent and the service at the bar in the lobby is the best, especially the service from Hamada Saeed who goes out of way to serve you and makes the cocktails. A credit to the staff."

"This hotel is beyond amazing. The staff are incredible and can't do enough to ensure you holiday is special. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is amazing, especially at the Italian restaurant. You must try the mushroom risotto which is to die for. The service given by Abram Zakaria not only in the Italian restaurant but also at the breakfast restaurant is beyond 5 star. The beach and pool areas are all spotlessly clean and the staff can't do enough to ensure you have the most relaxing time there. Kameel Gamal always greets you with a friendly smile and on hand to assist with any drinks and food. He and his team, certainly work hard to ensure you do not have to. Our room had the most spectacular view and was spotlessly clean. One of our favourite parts of the day was to discover what stunning towel creation had been left for us by our cleaner, Mohammed Ali, on our return from the pool/beach. His manager Aziz was also always on hand to ensure that standard of cleaning was satisfactory. The location of the hotel is also fantastic. Not more than 15-20 minutes from most attractions and there is a fantastic car service available in the lobby. A shout out to Amro who was our driver. His car was of a very high standard and spotlessly clean and he was always polite and courteous. The staff really do make this hotel. They are all amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and I will absolutely be returning again in the very near future."

"I had been to Sheraton hotel several times previously and as usual I had spent a fabulous time here. The staff are all incredibly welcoming, from receptionists to waiters and housekeeping. Room was kept clean with lovely towel art and nothing was ever too much of a trouble for the housekeeper who was in charge of my room. The entertainment was great as usual, lots of energy and positive vibes. I usually prefer to relax by the pool though I still joined for some yoga and dancing here and there. Staff at the pool really looked after me and made sure I had my favourite spot waiting for me every morning. The restaurant outdoor area has been renovated - looks great. At night there are musicians playing at the terrace by the restaurant which creates a nice atmosphere. There’s also nightly entertainment happening in that same area every evening. I want to thank all the staff of the hotel for making me want to return here again and again!x"
