Grand Rotana Resort and Spa

"This is our second time at Grand Rotana hotel.we stayed at building 6(room6209) for 7 nights with a panoramic sea and pool view.Our room was spacious and comfortable. What truly made our vacation special was the staff. A special thanks goes to Mr.ibrahim,Mr.Bahaa,the restaurant managers',for their kindness, politeness and welcoming. Thank you Rashad,the waiter at the main restaurant and to Anwar at the pool bar,they were helpful and welcoming to the maximum. Most of the staff that I met were all incredibly polite, friendly and always willing to help.A special thanks goes to Menna,Yousef and Ziad from the villains entertainment team, we enjoyed our time together and had a lot of fun. The food was delicious with a good variety to choose from at each meal(meat,fish,seafood, fruits, salads and sweets). Nice beach with amazing coral reef and plenty of sunbeds. Overall, we spent a great vacation and thanks to Grand rotana team for their hospitality and kindness.we truly appreciate everything you did for us .Sure we will return."
