"This is by far the best hotel we have stayed at we went for the first time in June 2026 and its was outstanding so we came again in September and wow just unbelievable the service was great 10/10. The bartenders in ivory bar such as Ahmed and El Bob (not sure how to spell his name) they were outstanding and by day 2 remembered our drinks and brung them over without us asking. It makes you want to never leave we were even debating a 3rd time that’s how good it is !!"

"Just back from a 2 week holiday at Sunrise White Hills hotel in an upper floor Deluxe double room with full sea view, balcony and jacuzzi (37201). Whilst there, temperatures started in the 40s with "real feel" in the 50s (see comment re Elia restaurant below) staff said hotter than usual for time of year. We did note there were plenty of available sunbeds throughout the hotel during our stay (September). A big positive are the staff as they are so friendly, helpful and nothing is a problem. Impossible to name all but would give special mention to:- Boscage Maitre d' - Said - attention to detail is 1st class, doesn't miss a thing. A charming and kind man, what a star! Boscage Chef - Mustafa Boscage Waiters - Abdel Rahman, Fady, Mohamed (moustache) Oasis Lifeguard - Dakrony Insula Pool/Bar - Nadir. All public areas are spotlessly clean. Room - we were pleased the shower had a privacy screen, not mentioned in many other reviews. The hanging clothes rail is not great for ladies with long dresses but my wife managed. Room cleaning was very good, thanks Ibrahim. Food in the buffet restaurant (Boscage) is very good with a wide range of choice and catering for many different tastes. Sushi was good and I had eggs benedict for breakfast many days. The special restaurants are all very good although in keeping with the minimalist theme at the hotel are not atmospheric (just a comment). Our favourite was Manzoku (Asian) but would also mention the filet steak at Elia which is great - but being open to the beach it was uncomfortably hot (see comment re temperatures above). Scuba diving - dive centre on site is Blue Sea Dive Club. I've been a scuba diver for many years with over 350 logged dives and qualified as Rescue Diver. Prior to arriving I tried to contact them by their social media WhatsApp and via Email to ask about a 10 dive package over 5 days - no response. Dives were arranged once I got here but feel better prices may be available from other local centres so suggest if they don't quote then look elsewhere. From an equipment perspective (I bring my own apart from BCD) all looked to be well maintained. The dives organised were well run and dive briefings / buddy checks were good."

"This hotel is something so special! It’s the best place I’ve visited by far. The food, rooms and facilities are just perfect. The animationteam is incredible, they are so attentive and fun to be around. Especially Maja, Yassin and Malak do a little extra to make sure you get the best experience, which is so nice! Overall the experience at white hills is just extraordinary. I will for sure come back again and again."
