"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! The quieter of the two hotels, we were delighted with everything from the moment we arrived. Every member of staff were so nice, alway happy to help. The hotel is spotlessly clean - and cleaning is constant- our room, the pool area, reception, the restaurant and bars - they never stop. We had waiter service both in the restaurant and bar for drinks - they are so attentive but also subtle. The food was amazing we didn’t feel we needed or wanted to eat out at all- the chefs are constantly checking, we loved the variation, the sales were lovely- lots of choice and all excellent quality - there is also bbq with different food each day- the waiters so lovely nothing was too much trouble. Samir the manager of the restaurant was outstanding - he was never too busy to chat with staff, see if there was anything they needed, remembered you every day - a true professional and had high standards! credit to the hotel- he was not Alone and there were many excellent staff. Even the gardening team were friendly - Muhammad the head gardener was a top guy! Life guards were great, safety was their main priority of course but win , cleaning , helping guests - even tucking our towels into our chairs getting us fresh towels - above and beyond! Last but not least least the entertainment team were really good- they got everyone involved and were really friendly - we were exhausted and had just gone to relax but you couldn’t help getting a little involved ! First time in Egypt, felt 100 percent safe - they even had a gentleman escorting you across the road - if you want personal service, with the bigger resort, beach, aqua park, etc a stone throws away this is the place for you! We will return next October- thank you so much- keep up the amazing work!"

"Another Fantastic Stay! We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions, and somehow it manages to get better every time! On this occasion, we decided to stay for three nights to break up our holiday, and once again, we were delighted with our choice. We arrived earlier than expected and were pleasantly surprised to find that our room was already available. Even better, we were given a complimentary upgrade! We were warmly welcomed by Ahmed, one of the hotel’s managers, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. He regularly checked in on us throughout our visit to ensure everything was perfect. His genuine care and attention to detail really stood out. Our room was lovely and spotlessly clean, with thoughtful little touches such as a complimentary drink and fresh fruit, which made us feel especially welcome. The pool area was excellent, with brand-new sunbeds and attentive staff always on hand to ensure guests had everything they needed. The food was enjoyable on our previous visit, but this time it was on another level altogether! A huge amount of credit must go to Samir, the restaurant manager, and the chef, who we understand has recently joined the hotel from another establishment. The variety and quality of the food have improved tremendously, with a much wider selection to choose from. The buffet was clearly and accurately labelled, making it easy to identify the dishes, and the new seating arrangements added to the overall dining experience. Mealtimes were a real pleasure, and the improvements were noticeable throughout. The bar staff and the reception staff also deserve a special mention. They were consistently friendly, attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. They always seemed to be available, day and night, providing excellent service with a smile. All in all, we had another fantastic stay. It’s wonderful to see a hotel that continues to invest in improvements and genuinely strives to enhance the guest experience. The combination of excellent facilities, delicious food and, above all, such friendly and dedicated staff is what keeps bringing us back. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked to return early next year, and this time we’ll be bringing our family along to share the experience! A huge thank you once again to Ahmed and Samir for making our stay so memorable. You are both a real credit to the hotel, and your efforts are greatly appreciated.
