"This was our honeymoon, we walked through a shallow sea everyday in warm water with the most beautiful tropical fish. We slept like babies in luxury spacious rooms with garden views. Not 1 single person was not polite and helpful from the moment we arrived on the beautiful resort. Of course we have our favourite things such as 2 particular bar staff, salah and salsabil and 1 life guard ezzet. They took care of us in a way no English place ever could. This hotel , this country and the people made it one of our many incredible memories of our honeymoon we will have forever. We will be back again And again"

"First time at this hotel for family of 8 - 6 adults 2 children aged 3 & 4 years all from Scotland. Just back home today after a week's stay, from start to finish it was outstanding. We were upgraded to a beautiful pool side villa when we arrived very late and shown around the villa and hotel room were part of our group stayed, we had a massive fruit bowl, cheese, meat and bread even though it was 12am staff were extremely welcoming, smiling and happy to cater for our every need. I'd like to especially thank pool boy Islam for taking care of us, towels on beds, making sure our two granddaughters had life jackets and generally doing a great job, then to Youhann (John who came from El Alamein) again a memorable young man, hard working and who literally never stopped! Taking care of us and bringing drinks, what a lovely guy with a genuine caring nature, we will keep in touch, and send that football top to you!. On to the cleanliness, our room like the rest of the hotel was kept spotless daily bed changes, fresh towels, even little touches like decorations and flowers on the bed, Khaled and team are all hard working people like all those staff we met at this fantastic hotel. We had massages on the last day which also were good value and relaxing. Other staff to mention mohammed from the bar, and mohammed who worked at the spa from Alexandria, made us feel at ease and genuinely cared about the children ( wee flowers and writing their names on their hands) all these little touches won't be forgotten and the Cleopatra we won't forget you, highly recommend for family and couples who want a holiday with fantastic variety of food daily themes, and varied entertainment to suitable every day/night. My husband will do a review about the snorkeling right at the hotel that he enjoyed daily."
