"Just got back from a 10 day stay, 2 females, at Charmillion Sealife resort and honestly I didn’t want to leave. Had a fantastic time. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. The food was great, the cleanliness was fantastic and the animation team were amazing. Always tried to get everyone involved. You get to use the facilities of the club resort and the aqua park resort too. There is so much to do. Would 100% recommend this hotel and will definitely be going back. Thank you so much for making our holiday"

"We stayed at the "4-star" Charmillion Sea Life resort from 09/29/2026 to 10/06/2026...the experience unfortunately was not positive, quite the opposite.. We used room 1526, which from the beginning proved to be truly poor.. The bathroom was truly of a standard that was pathetic to say the least... The inside of the toilet had very visible and unpleasant black marks due to the continuous water leak which, among other things, forced us to keep the door closed during the night, due to the impossibility of sleeping, the faucets were covered in limescale and rust, and the shower stall, even after more than 12 hours, kept a puddle of water that occupied almost 100% of the surface due to the incorrect slope of the shower stall itself... Upon first use, I also found several hairs in the drain grate that certainly belonged to whoever had stayed there before us... Cleaning was almost non-existent; 3 times I had to, upon my return from the beach, literally go in search of someone from the staff to ask for towels, toilet paper, and water. Outside the room door for more than 24 hours there were dirty sheets thrown on the floor.. The common areas were well-kept and tasteful, too bad for the unbearable smell of sewage that took over the area when the gardens were being irrigated, a stench capable of taking away your appetite and which everyone complained about, just as everyone was even more stunned by the disinfestation system applied in the late afternoon through the use of the "foggy machine".. Spraying insecticide while people, even with children, were walking around, I found it truly insane... When the machine was turned on, you had to run to the room and barricade yourself inside for at least 15 minutes to avoid inhaling the toxic insecticide which, if inhaled, "hit your throat immediately"... The dining area was a complete disappointment, everything was very spicy and not with a wide selection, far from the international menus of other resorts I have visited... The only positive note was the dessert section, which offered a wide selection and good quality, beach staff available and courteous, as was the entertainment, always present and not very intrusive..."
