"Our experience at the Xperience Kiroseiz Premier in Sharm el-Sheikh was extremely negative and far from what we expected from a 5-star property. The room assigned was in terrible condition and completely different from the photos seen at the time of booking. We asked to change it, but we were repeatedly told to come back the next day, putting us off continuously without ever finding a concrete solution. The cleanliness of the room was practically nonexistent for the entire week. Every day, essential products like body wash and toilet paper were missing, so much so that several times we were left completely without. Water was provided inconsistently, almost as if one had to remember to bring it. The condition of the bathroom was unacceptable: the shower enclosure was never cleaned during the entire stay and the toilet brush was dirty both upon our arrival and at our departure. The bath towels were replaced with small hand towels, completely insufficient for drying off. After requesting proper ones, we had to wait a couple of hours. The linens also left much to be desired: the bedspread remained stained for four days before finally being removed. Added to all this was the bathroom fan, which was constantly on and noisy throughout the night, in addition to the lights that flickered continuously. As if that were not enough, dismantling and renovation work on the rooms was underway on our floor. The hallways were very dirty and the noise started early in the morning, continuing for most of the day, with a constant coming and going of people and materials. Resting in these conditions was practically impossible. It would have been proper to inform guests in advance about such invasive work. The food was also terrible, far from the expectations for a resort of this category. The quality of the dining was a further disappointment, which contributed to making the stay even less pleasant. But the most frustrating aspect was the attitude of the staff regarding our complaints: we felt completely ignored and left to fend for ourselves. Despite repeated reports, the problems kept recurring and we did not receive the attention and solutions we would have expected. It is unacceptable that a guest should have to keep complaining to obtain basic services. Finally, we were asked for 40 euros per person to extend the check-out from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Considering all the inconveniences suffered during the week, this request was yet another negative note of an already largely disappointing stay. A 5-star hotel should guarantee cleanliness, maintenance, good dining, essential services, and respect for the guests' rest. Unfortunately, in our experience, these fundamental requirements were precisely what was missing. It was not a single inconvenience, but a succession of problems throughout the entire vacation, aggravated by the lack of attention toward our reports. Paying for a stay of this level and finding oneself in these conditions is deeply disappointing. As far as we are concerned, the ratio between expectations and the service actually received was absolutely unsatisfactory. We would not return and, based on our experience, we do not feel like recommending this property to those looking for a vacation characterized by cleanliness, good food, comfort, and relaxation."

"Staying here now,staff are very friendly and accommodating. First couple of days thought everything was great then noticed the very poor hygiene in the buffet restaurants, raw chicken being handled with the cooked chicken,staff picking their noses while handling food , putting fresh food in with old food in the buffet,just a few examples. I've been very ill for the past 3 days and have to keep very close to a bathroom!"
