The JAZ Fayrouz Resort has got it spot on when it comes to location – it’s perched just across the beachfront promenade from a private strip of honey-hued sand that slopes into the crystal-clear waters of Naama Bay.
This place is full to the brim with activities and facilities – you’ll find four outdoor pools, including a lagoon-style number with a swim-up bar. Fancy upping the pace? Head up to Cleo Water Park – which is about a 10-minute walk or a quick taxi ride away – where everything ancient Egypt themed. It has everything from a wave pool and family-friendly rides to splash zones and multi-lane racer slides.
Elsewhere, you can get involved with games of football and beach volleyball, or take yourself off for a workout in the gym. There’s also an in-house dive centre, if you fancy discovering the colourful underwater world. Plus, activities and games for children are never in short supply at the hotel-run kids’ club, which has its own playground.
