The accommodation was beautiful, everything was clean, the food was perfect, everyone could choose and you could also taste local dishes, especially the pancakes that Hanna prepared fresh from the oven every day, they were luxurious, it was impossible to resist them."

"Perfect location with a good ability for swimming. Very friendly atmosphere with helpful staff. The room which we occupied was just what we needed and with a nice view. It was handled professionally as well as whole hotel's area was kept really very clean. A good surprise for me was no noises from nearby airport. Summarizing for us a very good stay resting during 14 days. The only strange think was that we were forced by Coral Travel to pay ca. 150$ for aqua park which was outside the hotel and of course we didn't use it also because our age."

"Our stay at Lamaya Resort Marsa Alam by Jaz Group was honestly one of the best resort experiences we have ever had, and we travel a lot as a family from the United States. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every single staff member made us feel welcomed, respected, safe, and truly at home. First, I want to personally thank the amazing reception team. Mr. Mohamed Harb, the Reception Manager, was incredibly professional, kind, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Mr. Nader, the Reservation Manager, also went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Special thanks as well to Keroless and Elsam at the reception desk — they were always smiling, friendly, patient, and ready to help with anything we needed. The level of hospitality and professionalism from this team was exceptional and truly deserves recognition. The room we received was absolutely amazing and honestly much better than our original booking expectations. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and made our family vacation even more enjoyable. A very special thank you goes to Mr. Ibrahim, the Restaurant Manager. He was one of the kindest and most professional people we met during our stay. What touched us the most was how he treated our one-and-a-half-year-old child with genuine care and love, almost like his own child. As parents traveling with a toddler, that level of kindness means everything to us and made our vacation so much easier and more relaxing. The restaurant staff, beach bar staff, pool bar staff, and lobby bar staff were all incredibly friendly, respectful, and hardworking. Every single person greeted guests with a smile and treated everyone with warmth and kindness. You can really feel that the hotel management created a culture of hospitality and respect. I also want to send my sincere gratitude to the kitchen team. Huge thanks to Executive Chef Mr. Hosny, Chef Mr. Antier, and Chef Mr. Hassan. They were extremely professional, talented, and genuinely cared about food quality. The meals were delicious, fresh, healthy, and had a great international variety. Honestly, some of the dishes were restaurant-quality fine dining, especially the Alfredo pasta, which was outstanding. As a US citizen traveling with family during difficult times globally, feeling safe and comfortable is extremely important to us. At Lamaya Resort, we truly felt safe, relaxed, happy, and welcomed every single day. This resort genuinely felt like our second home. Thank you again to the entire Lamaya Resort and Jaz Group team for creating such a beautiful experience for our family. We will definitely be coming back again, and we are already looking forward to seeing all of you soon."
