"Hotel nicely done, by the beautiful coral reef with an option to snorkel right from the bridge. Beautiful vast terrain, with nice pools, mediocre food, and the worst management I have ever seen. Logistics of the hotel is its weakest point. Bars by the pool in the middle of the day can run out of glasses or the basic juice. Of course, the barman will bring you that from another bar, but you need to wait for that. The managers shift the blame for that on the barmans, but they can't do anything themselves. And the only thing needed is increasing the supplies. In the evenings the situation is similiar in the lobby bar. With the full occupancy rate the waiting time for the drink is approximately half an hour. And when you come to the bar, alongside the long queque it can turn out there's no juice or your favorite alcohol. The barmans are really nice and are trying their best, however without the help of the management they can't do much. If you talk to the manager, they can only smile and be sorry for the situation. Throughout my almost 2-week vacation they didn't do anything, except shifting the blame on the staff. Despite so many positive reviews, in my opinion those flaws completely ruin the charm of the hotel. Furthermore, the behavior of the managers don't help but only make it worse. I have even seen the manager shouting at the barman because of the lack of juice, even if it wasn't his fault."

"Overall, this is a good hotel with incredibly friendly and hard-working staff members who always do their best to make you feel welcome.The pool area is decent, and there is plenty of daytime action if you enjoy that. While we don't go to Egypt just to spend time by the pool, we noticed it was a popular spot for many guests. Unlike the daytime animation, the evening entertainment deserves high praise! Every night featured professional outside performers and great music that went on into the later hours, which we really enjoyed.However, I would not recommend this hotel to families with young children if you are expecting water slides. There are signs all over the hotel pointing to the Aqua Coraya water park, but unfortunately, it is not included in the price for this resort. If you want to use it, you have to pay an extra fee of over $30 per person (every visit). If this park were included, it would be a great family option, but as it stands, it becomes quite expensive.The beach is not suitable for small children, but it works well for snorkeling. While the house reef is nothing extraordinary, the hotel offers some added value due to its proximity to the decent Coraya Bay for more enthusiastic snorkelers. That being being said, if you are strictly looking to see dolphins, dugongs, plenty of sea turtles, or eagle rays, you should probably choose a different destination.As for the food, it is quite classic Egyptian buffet style. If you are not a picky eater, it is perfectly fine.Bottom line: We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for friendly service, decent food, and good evening entertainment. It is less suitable for families with young children unless you are willing to pay extra for the water park, and it might disappoint hardcore snorkelers expecting rare marine life."

"I had a wonderful stay at the JAZ Grand Marsa hotel. It is beautifully situated, well-maintained, and spotless. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the daily housekeeping ensures everything stays tidy. The biggest highlight is the stunning coral reef and crystal-clear water—an ideal spot for snorkeling. The food was tasty and varied, offering something for everyone. The staff deserves special praise; they were incredibly friendly, cheerful, and helpful, making guests feel truly special. The fantastic entertainment team kept everyone amused, so there was never a dull moment. I highly recommend the morning stretching, aqua aerobics, and sunset yoga sessions. Evenings featured various dance shows, musical performances, and discos for both children and adults—there was something for everyone to enjoy. The hotel offers a peaceful, pleasant atmosphere, with beautifully kept pools and gardens. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind away from the daily hustle and bustle."
