Deep admiration also goes to the on-site medical clinic. The medical assistance functions incredibly smoothly. The response from the medical staff is instant, the care is of the highest standard, and their approach to the patient is filled with empathy and care. Knowing that you have access to such professional 24/7 medical care provides immense comfort and peace of mind during your holiday. 📍 Location & Surroundings The hotel is immersed in beautiful, immaculately maintained greenery. Lush lawns, exotic palm trees, and colorful flowers in the middle of the desert create a stunning impression and contrast perfectly with the azure, spectacular sea, which is literally at your fingertips. At lunchtime, having meals at the beach bar is a total game-changer. Being able to enjoy a delicious lunch right by the beach with a view of the crashing waves is a brilliant feature. 🛌 Rooms Staying in a room with a sea view makes every day start like a fairytale. The morning and evening walks from the room to breakfast or dinner are not a chore, but a pure pleasure. The path winds through beautiful, manicured gardens, allowing for a peaceful stroll while admiring the grand architecture of the hotel. The rooms themselves provide excellent conditions for a luxurious and relaxing stay. 🧼 Cleanliness The resort sparkles at every turn. The rooms, common areas, pool surroundings, and gardens are kept impeccably and spotlessly clean. "I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding a serious security incident and a severe lapse in guest management during my stay. Prior to this event, my experience at your property had been positive. However, I was recently subjected to an unwarranted and distressing confrontation by the security personnel at the shisha lounge located on your premises. Despite having settled my bill 30 minutes prior, I was falsely accused of attempting to evade payment and was surrounded by three security staff members in an intimidating manner. When I brought this matter to the attention of the Service Manager, I was informed that the shisha lounge is operated as an independent third-party vendor. While I acknowledge this operational structure, the hotel remains ultimately responsible for the safety, security, and respectful treatment of guests on its property. Furthermore, my request to lodge an official incident report was met with a dismissive response from your staff, offering no formal documentation or resolution. This conduct is unacceptable and has significantly impacted my safety and overall experience at your hotel. I request an immediate review of this incident by senior management, a formal written acknowledgment, and an outline of the corrective actions being taken to address both vendor conduct and guest escalation procedures."
