"Hotel Review – Stay from 14.11.2025 to 29.11.2025 (15 nights, All Inclusive, TUI) I spent a total of 15 nights at this hotel, nine nights in a Swim-Up Room and six nights in a Family Room. Part of the stay was with a companion, part of it alone. The following assessment reflects the complete experience during this period. ⸻ Location & Hotel Grounds The hotel is located directly on the sea, approximately 30 minutes by taxi from Hurghada. The surrounding area feels completely safe at all times. The entire resort is exceptionally well-maintained, beautifully designed, and in excellent condition. Pathways, overall cleanliness, and layout are of outstanding quality. The pool area is spacious, immaculate, and consistently offers more than enough sunbeds. The beach is cleaned daily and remains in excellent condition throughout the stay. Wi-Fi coverage is strong, fast, and reliable in all areas. ⸻ Rooms Swim-Up Room The Swim-Up Room is excellently equipped, very spacious, and perfectly clean. The bathroom is exceptionally large and offers plenty of space for two people. Storage areas are generous, the beds and mattresses extremely comfortable. The private terrace with direct access to the warm pool water is a highlight. Noise levels are very low; only the evening entertainment is faintly audible. Family Room The Family Room offers the same high standards in cleanliness, furnishings, and overall comfort as the Swim-Up Room, minus the pool access. Housekeeping Housekeeping is outstanding—very precise, thorough, and attentive. The staff works discreetly, respectfully, and with noticeable attention to detail. ⸻ Dining & All-Inclusive Offering The main restaurant impresses with its excellent variety, high quality, great taste, and exceptional hygiene standards. The atmosphere can be lively due to the hotel’s size, but remains fully acceptable. The à la carte restaurants visited—the Italian and the beachfront restaurant—offered excellent food and service. Drink quality is good overall, with minor taste variations possible. The All-Inclusive services are extensive and consistently satisfying. ⸻ Service & Staff The service throughout the hotel is outstanding. Staff members are friendly, attentive, and highly service-oriented. The reception team is professional, quick, and solution-focused. The animation team delivers varied and high-quality entertainment without being intrusive. A significant positive experience was the hotel’s support when my companion required hospitalization. The staff arranged transportation, facilitated hospital visits, checked in daily on her condition, and even sent well-wishes after my departure. Important: The medical service available inside the hotel, operated by an external provider, is not recommended. It is overpriced and questionable in quality. Guests should seek external medical services instead. Communication in English or German is easy and effective throughout the hotel. ⸻ Additional Aspects • Cleanliness: Excellent across all hotel areas. • Spa: Acceptable, no issues. • Gym: Not used. • Noise level: Very quiet despite approx. 70% occupancy. • Guest profile: Primarily families, but also suitable for couples and solo travelers. • Value for money: Absolutely fair and appropriate. ⸻ Personal Acknowledgement – Hotel Manager Mr. Arafa I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the hotel manager, Mr. Arafa. He exemplifies the ideal hotel manager—present, engaged, and committed to excellence. He is not someone who remains behind a desk. Instead, he moves throughout the resort every day, speaks with his team, identifies issues and ensures they are resolved immediately, and interacts directly with guests with genuine warmth and professionalism. This appreciation extends equally to all staff members, who consistently demonstrate friendliness, dedication, and sincere hospitality. Together, they create an atmosphere that makes every guest feel welcome and valued. A truly remarkable host, supported by an exceptional team. ⸻ Overall Verdict A first-class hotel with outstanding service, excellent dining, high-quality rooms, and a perfectly maintained resort setting. Ideal for families, couples, and solo travelers seeking relaxation and comfort. Overall rating: Grade A+, ideally A+ with distinction. I will definitely return."

The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way I from the beautiful facilities to the incredible atmosphere and the kindness of every staff member we met. A very special mention goes to Mohammed Ali, the staff member who took care of our room. Not only did he keep everything spotless and perfect every single day, but he also made our stay feel personal and memorable. He would always greet us with a smile, take the time to chat, and he had such a warm and uplifting energy that instantly put us in a good mood. He constantly checked if we needed anything, and we truly felt cared for because of him. His kindness and professionalism really stood out, and we looked forward to seeing him every morning."

"We (two adults with our 4-month-old baby) experienced a truly perfect holiday at the Jaz Elite Asteria in Sahl Hasheesh. From the moment we arrived, it was clear: this hotel sets new standards in service, cleanliness, and overall comfort. The entire resort is modern, well maintained, and elegantly designed. We were especially impressed by the warm atmosphere and the genuine interest of the staff in providing guests with an unforgettable stay. ⸻ 🛏️ Rooms & Housekeeping – Spotlessly Clean and Lovingly Attended Our room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable – ideal for a young family. A special thank-you goes to Hassan from Housekeeping. He cleaned our room every day with the utmost care and was always attentive, friendly, and reliable. Everything was always perfectly in order, and he even paid attention to the smallest details. This made our stay extremely pleasant. ⸻ 🍽️ Gastronomy – Excellent Service and High Quality The restaurants and bars at Jaz Elite Asteria impressed us with their variety, quality, and friendliness. The food was diverse and fresh, and at any time of day we felt perfectly taken care of. A huge compliment to the fantastic F&B team: Manager Mr. Mohamed, Youssef, Mina, and Randa. All four surprised us every day with exceptionally warm, professional, and fast service. They were always attentive, always smiling, and responded perfectly to our wishes – including the needs of our baby. This personal connection truly enriched our holiday experience. ⸻ 💆 Spa & Massage – Pure Relaxation Another highlight was the massages at the spa. Lara and Miko impressed us with their warm personalities and excellent professional skills. The massages were relaxing, high-quality, and exactly what you hope for on vacation. The spa area is also very well maintained and immediately invites you to unwind. ⸻ 🤝 Guest Relation – Warm and Exceptionally Supportive A special thank-you also goes to Mrs. Massaouda, who was always available for us and took wonderful care of us with her open and warm nature. Even before our arrival, she reached out to ask about our preferences and personally welcomed us upon arrival. She checked in with us several times to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and supported us at any time – especially with matters concerning our baby. This level of personal care made us feel truly safe and well looked after. ⸻ 👶 Family Friendliness As a family with a small baby, we felt welcome and well cared for at all times. The staff was incredibly child-friendly, helpful, and always committed to making our stay as comfortable as possible. ⸻ Conclusion: A Perfect Holiday – We Will Definitely Return!
