"Very friendly and service-oriented staff, Wi-Fi ran well to satisfactorily (sometimes the daughter wished for more bandwidth). Rules are checked and must be adhered to, i.e. Jacuzzi and gym only from 16+ and no jumping at the pool. That runs better here than in some German outdoor pool. The bus to the Makadi Water Park ran with a max. 2 minutes delay. So be at the bus stop on time, it is not an unpunctual German bus. Here we started with the wrong assumptions :-) . The admission ticket for the water park is available daily at the reception upon signature. At the house reef we saw a fat moray eel swimming, a leopard whipray, bluespotted ribbontail ray, stingray, lionfish and the usual reef fish in large quantities from parrotfish, surgeonfish to pufferfish. My wife did not find the daytime entertainment program that exciting; a major program change probably took place during our stay. The evening program is rather subtle, while in the hotels to the right and left of it the disco scene is going wild. But we were glad that it was not that loud at our place and did not go on until late at night."
