"We stayed at The Serry from 18 to 25 October, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a wonderful atmosphere, excellent food and a level of comfort that makes it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. What we appreciated most was the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were friendly, attentive and professional, but never intrusive. Everything felt natural and effortless. Even with the hotel fully booked, there was always plenty of space, whether on the beach, in the restaurants or around the resort. The food was fantastic, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality. We also really enjoyed the activities programme. It was interesting, thoughtfully organised and offered opportunities not only to have fun but also to try something different and learn something new. A lovely addition to the holiday! Our room was quiet and comfortable, the beach was lovely, and we never experienced any disturbance from the nearby construction work. The other guests were considerate, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. The Serry is a wonderful choice for anyone who appreciates quality, comfort, good food and a peaceful holiday without unnecessary noise or pressure. We genuinely enjoyed every aspect of our stay and never regretted choosing this hotel for a moment. Thank you to the entire Serry team for a wonderful holiday! We would be very happy to return. ❤️"

"This was the third year in a row that we went to Serry Beach in the autumn. And for Egypt, this remains our go-to. Quiet hotel, beautiful architecture and nice spacious rooms. The food is tasty, fresh, and varied, and although the obligatory (delicious) pizzas and pastas are available, it is mainly the fresh, healthier options that stand out, grilled salmon/fish/shrimp, a generous salad bar, multiple stews or wok dishes. Always check the chalkboards hanging above the buffet because not everything is on display (such as the waffles at breakfast or the croque/toastie at lunch). And where is the real difference? To the staff: a stable crew of employees in all parts of the hotel who call out "welcome back" from afar when you arrive. With our special thanks to Osama, Ahmed and Mohammed Hassam at the pool, Michael at the Nur bar, the kind sir and madam at the beach toilets, and the good service in the restaurants. And yes, you can't get your own drink at the bar for the pool, but the service is quick enough that you have to skip a round regularly. And if you get a little hungry during the day... someone will come by with a snack by the pool and you can always go to the Dar Lounge on request. And the pool is indeed currently being re-tiled, something probably went wrong at the start. But when we left, the pool in the new section was almost ready and guest relations knew to tell us that they would temporarily use it as standard and repair the other... so it's fine and hasn't bothered us now either (and we are real pool people). Maybe we won't go to Egypt every year, but if we go, you can find us at The Serry!"
