"We came to this hotel again, the first time in spring. The hotel is large and family-friendly, with many pools on the grounds. The food is not bad, quite varied, shashlik in the evening, good baked goods, lots of different meats. I want to talk a little about the downsides this time: The heating only works in one pool, the children's wading pool where the depth is 50 cm, so all the vacationers sit in one place; the water in the other pools is terribly cold and no one swims there. It's unclear what they did it for, but it's a huge disadvantage. When it was spring, the heating worked in the large pool too. I asked at the reception and to the manager assigned to us, and the answer was that the heating will work from 01.11. An incredible number of tour vendors who come every minute two, it reminds me of a beach in some Abkhazia, this situation is not suitable for this hotel category at all. The hair dryers don't work in the rooms, bring another if you ask. It's a separate story, these are guides; if you don't buy an excursion from him, then further communication with you ends; you become no longer interesting to him as a tourist. Making scrambled eggs for breakfast is a separate quest, taking at least 20 minutes. Overall, I liked the vacation, I give it 5, I won't lower the rating, hoping that all these points will be addressed. The team of bartenders and waiters, thank you very much, very polite and courteous people."
