The staff is kind, helpful, and always smiling, ready to help at any moment. We really appreciated the pools, the relaxation, and the pleasant atmosphere of the resort. The service and the welcome were also excellent. It was a relaxing and pleasant stay, which allowed us to disconnect from the daily routine. "This recent hotel is well located 5 minutes from the airport. It has a small private beach that is directly accessible. Our check-in was acceptable given our late arrival. We were directed straight to the restaurant... but the first drawback... they forgot to give us our all-inclusive wristbands. Room 1506 on the 4th floor, very beautiful, large, and spacious. In terms of cleanliness, nothing to complain about; the housekeeper was very (too) present and did not lack attention. That can be surprising. The weather was perfect... An average of 32 degrees all week, so we were able to enjoy the comfortable water of the Red Sea. The pool water was cooler. There was always space available on the lounge chairs, but the orientation of the building means that some of them end up in the shade quickly in the afternoon. As for the restaurants... there are 4 of them and they are supposed to offer different cuisines... but honestly, it's more of a joke than anything else. The selection is very limited in each restaurant and repetitiveness sets in quickly, unfortunately. The Golden Lounge is a joke... and is clearly not worth the detour despite a mandatory reservation. In our package, we were able to enjoy an evening at the Pickalbatros Neverland, to attend the dinner show that is held there. It is a nice experience but it can be paid depending on the package you have. We are now tackling the heart of the problem... this hotel... is continuously noisy. Whether it is the construction work nearby, the ventilation systems, or the pool filtration systems... there is a constant noise. Add to that poorly designed hallways that echo continuously and you have an explosive cocktail to get you woken up in the middle of the night. Either by a slamming door or by untimely passing in front of your room. For my part, I also found the bedding too hard for my back. Top-notch luggage service, very kind, they will come to pick up your suitcases on the day of your departure. Hotel that is well maintained and retains the splendor of its early days. The supermarket attached to it is currently under construction. So you have to go a little further to find supplies."
