"We really enjoyed everything, although the pool water felt cold relative to the air temperature. Hamdi, the waiter, was very friendly. The bartenders at the pool and lobby bar were also very friendly. The only thing missing was snacks by the pool—nuts, chips, or something similar—but otherwise, everything was excellent. The atmosphere was very cozy."

What impressed us the most was that he came to see us in the middle of the night without any hesitation, treated us with great care, and remained incredibly professional and reassuring throughout the entire process. Thanks to his expertise and compassionate approach, we were able to recover very quickly and, most importantly, he helped make sure that our holiday was not ruined.
