"We stayed here for 12 nights, the hotel is immaculately clean, wherever you go in the hotel you can always see someone cleaning different areas , the pool is cleaned every night and around the pool is always being mopped and swept during the day, the sun loungers are cleaned every morning.
There is 2 pools one of which is heated, we had a ground floor room overlooking the pool which was next to the building work which didn't affect our stay as you can't hear it
The rooms are spacious, clean and modern with quality towels and bedding the only thing that I could fault with the room was the lighting around the vanity area as this was quite dark and not ideal for getting ready on an evening, and the coffee didn't seem to be replenished unless you asked. WiFi isn't the best and frequently drops connection although it is free.
Dryp coffee bar, we only had coffee here so can't comment on the food but the coffee was perfect with great service and a nice seating area.
Floatini (pool bar) excellent service where the staff are always friendly, great selection of drinks and cocktails with a relaxed atmosphere there was only a couple of times we couldn't get a seat on a evening as the seating area is limited.
Social creatures bar (rooftop) again excellent service with a great selection of drinks, nice relaxed atmosphere with more seating than the pool bar but still limited on space although we always managed to get seated, the seating is lounge type armchairs which are quite deep they look lovely but can be quite uncomfortable.
Social creatures (Al la carte restaurant), the rooftop restaurant itself looks lovely although the seating isn't ideal for eating as they are low lounge type armchairs where as dining chairs would have been more suited, the food here was cooked beautifully.
The kitchen (main restaurant)
We was on a all inclusive package so we ate here most days for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Great selection of food which was all cooked perfectly and the hot food was always hot, the chefs were always checking the food and refilling when necessary and there were a couple of stations where the food was cooked fresh for you, I have been to many hotels before where there is a far greater selection of food options than here but this hotel surpasses these by far as the quality of food is top notch (by far the best food I've ate on a all inclusive)
The service at the main restaurant is second to none, always clearing tables, bringing you your drinks and they seem to remember your drink order, the staff and always friendly and helpful.
Entertainment.
We saw a singer here only twice during our stay so the entertainment was limited which we thought may be a problem but everything else outweighed this and we had a perfect stay, this hotel is perfect for a quiet relaxing break.
Staff in general.
Ibrahim (concierge) was extremely helpful, he arranged a round of golf for us and arranged the transportation. Whenever we passed him he always asked if we needed anything and if everything was ok with our stay.
Security, there is always a security guard on the main entrance, always friendly and helpful.
Mohammed the waiter that walked around the pool all day taking drinks and food orders was excellent again remembering what drinks you normally had and even when we was on our terrace and not the sun lounger he always brought us a drink.
Management frequently walked around the hotel asking if everything was ok and if we needed anything.

Too many names to remember and mention but I've never been to a hotel before with this level of service, professionalism and friendliness, always smartly dressed which match the aesthetics of the hotel, these staff a absolute credit to the establishment."
