"I booked a 4-night stay. I arrived after midnight and was shocked to find the room extremely dirty and unacceptable. Due to the level of uncleanliness, I could not stay there. I requested to cancel the booking and even suggested paying for one night only instead of the full four nights, as a reasonable compromise. Unfortunately, the management refused. I was given only two unacceptable options: either wait a few hours until morning and then leave while still being charged for the full stay, or continue the entire stay despite the filthy conditions. This response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Cleanliness is the most basic standard of hospitality, and the way this situation was handled was very disappointing."

"Super service and customer care from all the staff. The River Nile view rooms are wonderful and excellent value for money. Good location for exploring Cairo. I visited the new Grand Egyptian Museum near the Pyramids of Giza and it was 20 minutes by taxi. Just the Grand Hall and Staircase open so far but well worth a visit. If arriving by Go Bus, a short taxi ride from Tahrir station. Plenty of restaurants around with Nile views."

"Such a cute little hotel, on the water with beautiful view of the city. The lady at reception called “Dream” was such a gem. Friendly , sassy and super helpful. By far one of the best hosting experiences we had during our Egypt trip. Fluent in English and a total gem. Advising on areas to visit , called an uber for us to the market and back to airpirt! “don’t take taxi , they overcharge the foreigners”! Great advice ! Rooms were very clean and great after our long hours trip from Aswan. Thankyou Dream and Nile boutique team!"
