Logistic City Stars Hotel

"Stayed at the City Stars Hotel twice and both stays were disappointing, Our group of 30 checked in and it took over 1 hour and 15 minutes to get our luggage. For breakfast I went down to the lobby buffet and managed to interrupt the 3 Hostess chatting amongst themselves and gave them my room number 1501. One of the girls just starred at me and said “Viking” “Viking” “ Viking”….3 times in my face until one of the other girls tapped her arm and said No No….with that I just walked through them and found a table. What ever happened to “Good morning Sir are you with the Viking Group”?no polite greeting at all. There needs to be some customer service ,good manners training here. Then to compound this situation on leaving the area one of the girls smirked at me and said “Viking”? ,very disrespectful I thought.!! The bedroom suite on the right of our room - I noticed on entering a big stain clearly visible through the white duvet cover ( picture attached )….could this be dried blood. What is interesting is that whomever made up the bed would have clearly seen this big stain but nevertheless put a clean white duvet cover over it…..need some housekeeping training here I feel. Anyway,many thanks for your attention. I would also wish to mention waiter Taimor Ramadan who looked after us for both visits in the buffet and was excellent,courteous and cheerful. Certainly not a 5 Star Hotel"

"We wanted a room just for a few hours before our 3AM flight and this fit the bill. It is walking distance to City Stars Mall which was great for dinner and some last minute shopping. Rooms are nothing fancy but were clean and showers were good. Pool area seemed okay although we didn't use it. It is about a 15 minute drive to the airport."

"2인실에 3인이 들어가도록 했습니다. 그건 그럴 수 있습니다. 우선 호텔 룸에 있는 전화기가 안됩니다. 잘 들리지 않습니다. 직원들은 영어를 잘하지 못합니다. 수건은 부족합니다. 수영장은 쓸 만했습니다. 호텔 룸에서 리셉션간의 소통이 잘 되지 않아서 아침을 1시간 기다려서 먹을 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 나쁘지 않았습니다. We allowed 3 people to fit into a 2-person room. That could be it. First of all, the phone in the hotel room doesn't work. I can't hear well. The staff don't speak English well. Towels are lacking. The swimming pool was usable. Communication between the hotel room and reception was poor, so I had to wait an hour for breakfast. Overall it wasn't bad"
