"We were really impressed with this hotel and the overall experience we had staying here. For the price, it is excellent value for money. The breakfast is great and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommended!"

"I had an extremely negative experience with Gaia Pyramids Hotel. Unfortunately, due to illness, I was unable to travel and I provided a medical certificate to support my situation. From that moment on, the hotel offered no real assistance. I tried to contact them several times by message and by phone, but they did not respond properly and did not provide any clear solution. Their lack of communication made an already stressful situation even worse. What disappointed me the most was the complete absence of empathy or responsibility. I understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but in exceptional circumstances, especially when medical documentation is provided, I would expect at least a professional response and some willingness to help. Instead, I felt completely ignored. The hotel did not cooperate, did not answer my messages in a timely manner, and made the whole process unnecessarily difficult. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Customer service and communication are essential in hospitality, and unfortunately this hotel failed completely in both."

"Fantastic views of the Pyramids! The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much and they were always happy to help and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was clean and tidy, the room we had was small but enough for what we needed. The hotel staff assisted us with booking tours, taxis and anything we needed. Our tour guide Fida was wonderful and knowledgeable about the area and the history, overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay."
