"We experienced a serious child safety incident during our stay involving a guide arranged, booked, and paid for through the hotel. The guide kissed our 5-year-old daughter on the lips. We were not present at the time and only became aware of this the following morning. We immediately addressed it with him and made it very clear that he was not to touch our children, which he acknowledged. Shortly afterwards, the guide behaved unprofessionally by separating from us for around 20 minutes while holding my phone with our tickets, then returning and claiming he had been waiting. At that point, we ended the service. We informed the hotel immediately. While they offered to replace the guide for the rest of the day, we did not feel comfortable accepting another guide at that point. The hotel refused to reimburse the full day and refused to offer any financial compensation. We were told the guide was reported to the authorities; however, we have never been contacted or asked to provide any statement, which leaves us unclear as to what follow-up actually took place. There were also pricing transparency issues, with different prices given for the same excursions and taxis, reflecting a lack of clear pricing processes. To be fair, the front-of-house staff were kind and supportive, and a replacement guide provided the following day behaved professionally and appropriately. The room itself was clean and comfortable. However, the contrast between helpful staff and poor management handling of a serious situation was striking. Breakfast timing also made early departures difficult, and leaving early meant missing the pyramid view, while leaving later meant visiting sites during peak crowds. If you are travelling as a family, or care about safety and accountability, we would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are many hotels offering pyramid views without these risks."

"What a brilliant stay. The staff are so hospitable and welcoming. The accommodation is very close to the pyramids the view from the room is stunning. All the facilities are new. The bathroom in our family room was so nice and clean. They gave plenty of towels and the room itself was very spacious with plenty of space for luggage and plug sockets. On our last day we asked if we can have a late check out as the kids woke up a little late and they were happy to allow it without charge. We then checked out and asked if we could leave our luggage with them as we were off to the museum and again the staff were more than happy to help. When we were hailing a taxi the 2 staff members physically came out and helped with the communication between us and the taxi drivers. They also gave advice when we asked. Breakfast staff were lovely and polite. The breakfast was nice and tasty with a brilliant view from the rooftop. Overall a lovely little gem and I will definitely recommend to family and friends. "Perfect accommodation and hospitality with a great attentive staff We had an amazing horse carriage with them for 2 hours it's Unbelievable between the pyramids Also you can tell them about any event they will do you the best decorations or give you 3 designs to choose between Massive efforts"
