"My daughter and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Pyramids Golf in Giza, Egypt, and I would like to commend the hotel for delivering a very positive overall experience. The facilities were of a high standard—well maintained, comfortable, and conducive to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. All amenities met expectations, and the general environment of the hotel was both welcoming and professionally managed. What truly distinguished this stay, however, was the consistently outstanding level of customer service. The staff demonstrated professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality throughout. In particular, I would like to recognise the following members of staff for their exceptional service: Tahia Marbrouk (Chambermaid) – for her meticulous attention to detail and consistently high standard of room cleaning and care. Abdullah Hashem (Restaurant Staff) – for his excellent customer service, attentiveness, and professionalism during dining experiences. Ahmed Saied (Head Waiter) – for his exemplary service and for going above and beyond by engaging with guests on a personal level, including kindly assisting me in practising my French. Their individual contributions significantly enhanced the quality of my stay and reflect very positively on the hotel as a whole. "This hotel is the perfect location for visiting the historic sights of Cairo. It is a short drive from the Pyramids, Grand Museum and more. The hotel its self is sufficient by design, but could benefit from some refurbishment in a few areas that are a bit out dated and tired such as the pool and outside bar. It looks like this process has already started as some of the rooms appear to have been modernized. The staff are what makes this property special. They could not be more welcoming or do more for you. The buffet is delicious and staff encouraged us to try some unique Egyptian dishes. I loved the Egyptian beans in particular! The chef even came out to speak to my vegan in laws to describe what they could have from the buffet. Thank you to all the staff. You are incredible and made our visit so special. I hope this hotel gets more investment to showcase you all."

"We have had a wonderful short break in this hotel the staff have been very friendly at the same time as providing a excellent service. The food has been fantastic, we enjoyed lunch by the pool twice and also had two wonderful meals in the Jasmine restaurant, breakfast was also very nice with a great selection. The executive lounge had wonderful views over the golf course and was also excellent. We stayed in a junior suite which was enormous, it was in need of a referb but we were aware of this at the time of booking so no complaints and housekeeping kept it very clean. We are checking out today and have had a wonderful stay and would be very happy to stay here again on our next visit to Cairo."
