"Certainly not worth the money. Outdated rooms, uncomfortable bed, Superior means nothing here. Staff seemed bothered by guests. Odd, had such hope for a nice experience. Saving grace was the breakfast staff. Super nice. Breakfast itself was also good."

"We choose the hotel for its central situation in Copenhagen and were not disappointet. perhaps 10 Minutes by food from the central station, direct opposite to the townhall and the Rådhuspladsen. 15 Minutes to the Nyhaven and the old Opera House, about 25 Minutes zu SMK Museum the breakfast staff was amasing friendly to have a good start in the day. Value only 4 Stars because copenhagen is so expensive."

"Like many have said, the location of this hotel couldn’t be better! It’s so convenient - right beside a metro station, immediately close to attractions like Tivoli and museums, an 8 minute walk from the main train station and right at the shops and restaurants. The rooms were perhaps a little tired - I think there were aspects of the toilet that could be re-done, but it’s a lovely building and it didn’t take away from our stay. We were a little warm in the room but I had a fan with me and it was fine. We stayed in room 415. The bed was really comfortable and breakfast was brilliant. I don’t understand those that have said it wasn’t - there was such a lovely choice of healthy and more indulgent options. Yes there wasn’t your standard run -of - the mill English breakfast but there was lots of hot options if that’s your thing! Otherwise there were fresh waffles, lovely breads and cheeses, yoghurts, muesli, fresh fruit and veg, a lovely gluten free station, pastries, juices etc. and lots of nice unique choices. The breakfast staff were really lovely - kind and friendly - and ran the breakfast with a lot of care and attention. I’d 100% stay again without hesitation."
