"I was so pleased to be revisiting this hotel and it was lovely to see it was just as good.
I came back a week ago after staying for about 11 nights in October and absolutely loved it and miss being there. As I said I loved it, I booked for a side sea view room, but forfeited this for a room with a walk in shower, after I explained my problem with the standard shower over bath to the lovely manager there, this little change made my holiday really as it was so much easier for me to use, to get in and out of and I loved the fact it was on the ground floor, which was so much more convenient, also the room was very spacious as well, with plenty of plug sockets, with a couple of sockets by the big main mirror, well done Vrissiana, as I have found this a bit of a problem in some hotel rooms, so I could easily plug in my electric hair appliances next to the lovely illuminated big main mirror, a big plus for us ladies who like to look good.
I stayed HB and I was not disappointed, the food here I found was delicious, I stayed here a couple of years ago and forgot how delicious it was, there was everything you could hope for a yummy breakfast to set you up for the day and an equally yummy dinner, as the restaurant held theme nights every night, I loved the fact that you could view the menus outside of the restaurant as well, if you didn't want dinner you could easily change this for a yummy lunch, but breakfast and dinner was really my preference.
The staff I found to be very friendly and the manager was absolutely lovely, which is always a big bonus, one thing I must mention, is I absolutely liked and loved the manager at this hotel for kindly accommodating my friend, as due to an unfortunate mixup, my friend rather then sharing my room, unfortunately had to book a different hotel with the same chain, as she booked at a later date then me, but when the manager welcomed me back the next day, she kindly allowed my friend to have breakfast and dinner with me, as a kind of complementary thing, which does go a long way when hotels do this, anyway my friend absolutely loved this as she really liked the food here and atmosphere, as she was allowed to use all the facilities.
One thing that they seem to do now, which I really loved is around the pool they seem to have entertainment now during the day with a electric violinist and saxophonist playing all the up to date tunes, this was very refreshing compared to the usual run of the mill pop music they play round pools.
The rooms are kept nice and clean, with Tea and Coffee replenished and the towels changed daily, I so loved the little cleaner here, my only regret is not having the euros to leave a tip as I had to keep this back to the taxi, but note to self, if I return I will definite try to rectify this.
As you can see I loved my time here and loved the hotel, I now hope to be returning, the reason being the yummy food and atmosphere, therefore I thoroughly recommend this hotel and the location is just perfect, so if you want fantastic food, lovely friendly staff, clean hotel and great location look no further then the Vrissiana Beach hotel."
