Sunrise Emerald

"Had a fantastic week away here, rooms lovely and cleaners done and amazing job. Fresh towels daily and milk and coffee etc replenished daily. So easy to choose a sunbeds which made the mornings so much less stressful, the only issue is the sun shaded the main pool early in the day so chooose sundress wisely. All staff excellent, the lady behind the main pool bar was always so cheerful and lovely. Food was good in the buffet only issue being it could have been warmer. Custard would be nice with the hot dessert dish offered in the evenings. Now for the al carte restaurant, wow the Asian and Italian was amazing shame we could only go once in a weeks stay expecially knowing there was space so it wouldn’t hurt to fill the empty spaces up with offering it to guests if they ask to go again. Beautiful hotel and I am retuning, thankyou for a fabulous week"

"Not much around hotel just one bar opposite two supermarkets and few hotels you can get a bus right outside into main resort about 15 mins on bus and 2 euros Hotel is lovely brand new so everything still in good condition room spacious small public beach so there is a charge for sun beds 3 lovely specialty restaurants you can use once each per 7 day stay Buffet ok evening meal fairly standard nothing outstanding , breakfast often wait for tea or coffee as were drinks from the bar. Main pool very cold and lots of kids and by 2.30 in the shade adults only pool Much better but still very cold sunbeds very comfy and in main pool you are allocated your beds for duration of stay Adults pool first come first served . Housekeeping very good however some strange things like the two facecloths once used once they take them but dont replace them so left with nothing to wash with but they then put some towel arrangement o.n the bed which you don’t need as plenty of towels in bathroom Then wash cloths are left next day but towel arrangement not done this went on for duration of stay by end of which we had about 10 towels we didn’t need notice in bathroom saying don’t change unless necessary so bit of contradiction they also took bathrobes but didn’t replace had to ask reception There is a turn down service but again this was hit and miss couple of Nice chocolates some nights but not others Despite this oddity I would recommend this hotel staff are great and helpful"

"We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Sunrise Emerald . The hotel is pristine and is always being cleaned and the staff are fabulous. They couldn’t do enough for us ! Special recognition goes to the lovely Sahil who made us wonderful cocktails and the lovely Muscanpreet who served them with a smile . Katerina ( your cocktails were also great!) and Binam was amazing too! The food was lovely with lots of choice . The only request would be to serve the vegetarian/ vegan moussaka in the buffet restaurant and also please can you have the option of a vegetarian/ curry when there is a meat choice in the main restaurant ? We will be back ! Thankyou !"
