"Warm welcome from reception on our early morning arrival. ROOMS - I had a room to myself and from checking the other two rooms, I could see mine fell slightly short, which is never nice just because you are on your own. My room was next to the stairwell so it could be noisy. Few things need to be looked at which i have made the hotel aware of. It just felt like the room hadn't been thought through properly. Positives - room was clean and modern. View was nice. Shower worked well with good pressure and hot water every day. WIFI - good POOLS - were ok but VERY cold, and loungers were limited if you wanted the sun and needed to sit by the pool with younger kids. Same old thing with loungers getting reserved unfortunately. Loungers very comfy. Please rethink your 3 day policy on towels! Never had this in any hotel before and its not nice not being able to change them when needed. I would have hated this situation in peak summer. I understand trying to be mindful of the environment, but then you might want to rethink your usage of plastic cups and straws at the bar!! Nice promenade to walk into Protaras where there were lots of bars/restaurants. I can imagine it would be a hive of activity peak season. We caught some buses into Green Bay area and saw some beautiful bays - well worth a visit. The Nature Trail near Konnis Beach was a challenge, but some of our party enjoyed the views and countless lizards :o) STAFF - most were friendly enough - in particular were reception, restaurant and the 3 activity guys. Some just came across as miserable, esp one of the younger lifeguards who sorted towels! FOOD - this was VERY good! Great choices, never got boring and always tasted great. Special thanks to the lady at check-in at the lunch restaurant and to MARIANKA and BINOD who served our family every day :o) A la carte restaurants were fantastic too - so pleased we got to try these. TIP - maybe take your Euros before getting to Cyprus. We didn't and ended up having to withdraw from one of the ATMs which has a ridiculous e5 charge! Oops! All in all, we have come home with some lovely memories of a good week in Cyprus, though some things just fell slightly short for me so not sure I would return unfortunately"

"We spent 2 weeks in September where we enjoyed this beautiful hotel, well-maintained, clean and above all the staff who are very attentive, friendly, helpful and responsive. Every morning we were treated to a very beautiful, magnificent sunrise from our room, I assure you that it will give you energy throughout the day, walks along the beach Delicious meals in the restaurants, especially the Mediterranean one and a special note for the Asian one. Well-equipped gym, hair salon, spa... everything is there so that you can have a good vacation. Very interesting and very rich excursions, I advise you to go visit Paphos and Nicosia. What more can I say, especially to thank all the staff who are caring towards the clientele: A big thank you to the guest relations manager, to the professionalism of Mathis, Ms. Maria who always had a smile and to all the restaurant servers without forgetting the housekeeping and entertainment team without forgetting the reception.
