"Perfect family stay by the sea We had a wonderful family stay at MyroAndrou and could not fault anything. The location is exceptional, directly beside a beautiful sandy bay, with easy access to both the beach and swimming pool. Our apartment was spacious, spotless and comfortable, with a practical kitchenette and a lovely sea-view balcony. The pool and communal areas were also very clean and well maintained. The restaurant, pool bar and on-site supermarket made everything convenient. Above all, the staff were warm, professional and always helpful. MyroAndrou offers a relaxed family atmosphere, excellent facilities and great value in an unbeatable beachfront location. We would happily return and recommend it without hesitation."

"Human feces were found floating in the hotel swimming pool, and the incident did not appear to concern the pool staff. The pool was not closed, and we have not been provided with any information about water testing or microbiological test results to confirm that the water was safe after the contamination. Neither the hotel nor the travel agency, Apollo Matka, provided us with an adequate solution that would allow us to enjoy our holiday without incurring additional costs. As a result, we have effectively been left without access to the swimming pool, despite having paid for accommodation where the pool is an important part of the facilities. Our main concern is that the pool may have been contaminated with human feces and that we have not been given confirmation that appropriate disinfection procedures were carried out or that the water has been tested and confirmed safe. We are therefore requesting that the pool be officially inspected and the water tested for microbiological contamination, and that we be provided with the results."
