Mimosa Beach Hotel

"We both enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff are amazing,special shout out for Georgina behind the bar,Martin the waiter and Chrystella the waitress,all lovely helpful staff. The hotel is in a lovely location by a beautiful coved beach which is ideal for snorkelling and swimming. We were in there daily as the pool was very cold. The food was ok though limited choice at breakfast and dinner. It was lukewarm most of the time and I felt this was a downfall of this hotel. The bar food was good and you can swap dinner for lunch which was good. Just be careful as I got bitten to death by mozzies! We really loved Fig tree bay and Protaras which is around a 40 min coastal walk,very buzzy there and loads of bars and restaurants there. We recommend Hippocampus for a traditional meal and Inamo if you fancy Asian food,both were excellent. We did enjoy our stay but probably wouldn’t stay here again due to food and we would prefer to be closer to Protaras if we holiday in Cyprus again."

"Great hotel.staff fantastic helpful friendly.food was ok but lacking in flavour but plentiful and good choices e never left feeling hungry.rooms cleaned everyday.we may have booked to go again next year but at the moment no bookings being taken as in the final stages of being sold.we had a lovley time here and hope to return in the future"

"This was our second stay at the hotel, and overall we had another fantastic holiday. We arrived late in the evening and appreciated that something had been left in our room for us. However, it consisted of two apples, a banana, and a glass of wine. While it was a thoughtful gesture, we would have much preferred a couple of bottles of water after travelling. We paid extra for a sea view room, so we were a little disappointed that it wasn't what we'd describe as a full sea view. We still had a lovely view, but it wasn't quite what we were expecting. The room itself was very clean, but the decor felt quite dated and could definitely do with some TLC. We stayed in a different part of the hotel on our previous visit, which was much more modern, so this was quite noticeable. The staff are absolutely amazing and one of the biggest reasons we'd returned. Every member of the team was friendly, polite, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was great, with plenty of choice and consistently good quality. In the evenings, we found ourselves heading out as there wasn't much of an atmosphere or entertainment. That said, if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, it's perfect. The beach next to the hotel is beautiful and ideal for anyone who enjoys snorkeling, with plenty to see in the clear water. Despite a few minor disappointments, we had another wonderful holiday and would happily return. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable!"
