Crystal Springs Beach Hotel

"We wanted a week break to unwind, and spend time with our daughters (adult) with good food and surroundings - we got exactly that and more at Crystal Springs. The location was fabulous, beautiful grounds and a sheltered bay for dips in the sea. No scurry for sun beds 6.00am 😊, so perfect. What makes Crystal Springs special is the staff who are all genuinely so welcoming, attentive and happy. It makes a big difference- from the smiling face of Kristina at breakfast, George at the pool bar fixing up special coffees, sorting out our lunch to the delightful Utsav serving us with our pre/post dinner cocktails and Jack with his “banter” and interesting discussions. Food is very important to us too, particularly as my daughter and I have dietary requirements, I’m coeliac, she has dairy and serious nut allergy so this can make or break a holiday for us. So another reason for high recommendation for Crystal as they were extremely accommodating and were able to offer us great options. More importantly we felt confident and safe. If you have any allergies recommend you advise manager on arrival, she’s very visible and around throughout the day to check everything ok for you 😊. The Exec Chef is Kryiakos and was fantastic, he would take us around buffet to make sure we knew what we could have. Some labels say they have gluten when none is present but that is only because they are being very cautious about cross contamination. I would say we are very mindful that whilst we have named staff members there are so many others behind the scene or serving in the bar restaurants that we didn’t get chance to talk to. Many of the staff have worked there for many years, so that in itself speaks volumes. It appears Crystal value their staff and that is reflected back in their service to customers. So well done Crystal Springs, we do hope your standards remain high even after the new extension opens next year. So we’d highly recommend and would definitely return. The Sheppards"

"It was a great experience with the whole family. Very beautiful place, attentive and friendly personel and a great food. Especially we liked the live music, which we were enjoying every day. Also the toys for children, which everyone could use was very nice. So that not the whole swimming aquipment have to be packed in the suitcase :)"

"This hotel is outside of Protaras and you need to get a bus or a taxi if you want to visit the centre, however this was not an issue for us as we just caught the bus which stopes directly outside of the hotel and is super cheap - takes about 20 minutes. There was building work going on next door but it wasn't too much of an issue. The location/views are lovely - we prefered to sunbath on the grass terraces overlooking the small beach and sea as we just loved the views. The staff throughout the hotel are amazing. So polite and professional but extremely friendly and everyone we interacted with, from the Reception, to the bar staff, restaurant staff and the pool side restaurant were wonderful. The food was also of amazing quality - we were all inclusive and I would definately reccomend this! We had lunch every day at the poolside restaurant and had great meals every day. No negatives at all about this hotel - keep up the great work!"
