Family-friendly retreat with waterpark

The cool white décor of Anastasia Beach Hotel invites the feeling of taking a step back – appropriately, as it’s located in Pernera, which has a somewhat calmer vibe than the nearby Protaras strip and, of course, the busy party centre of Ayia Napa. This means it’s the perfect place in which to relax, offering all you’d expect from a Cyprus resort, plus a few special extras.

While Ayia Napa’s big clubs are a short bus journey away, Pernera still hosts plenty of bars, restaurants and boutiques to tempt you out of the hotel. Inside the hotel, a gleaming white lobby leads onto an impressive central hall topped with a glass roof – an inviting, light-filled space that’s great to unwind in after some sunbathing (Marlita Bay, with its sandy beach, is close by) or day tripping. This feeling of relaxed elegance extends into the rooms, many of which have sea or mountain views.
