"Excellent service, perfect location near the promenade and city center, clean, delicious, highly recommend"

"It was an amazing time I've ever spent. All staff are so hospitality and helpful, especially GM Yannis Eufthymiou I highly recommend this hotel and I will come back here again"

"We stayed at the Nelia Sea Nreeze for two weeks in mid September. A lovely newly renovated hotel. We were greeted by the extremely friendly reception staff whi explained everything that we needed to know for our stay. We arrived in the evening so we were given a snack bag as the restaurant had finished serving. We paid for a sea view and it did not disappoint. We were on the 4th floor at the end. A lovely clean and modern room. Balcony with table, chairs and drying rail. Room service was very attentive and friendly. The hotel is ideally located near shops and restaurants and a 10 minute stroll to the famous strip and beautiful harbour. The hotel has one pool and one child’s pool. We never struggled to get a lounger in a good spot. The animation team totally make this hotel with their enthusiasm and friendly natures. A 2 minute stroll takes you to the waterfront where there is a tiny beach. Turn left and you will be at the harbour in 10 minutes. The only negatives we had were the spa, the food and the drinks. The spa was a tiny univiting room, no calming music so all I could hear was the children screeching in the indoor pool. The table were you put your head was dirty so I shut my eyes so I couldn’t see it! We booked 2 massages and had a voucher from reception which offered a percentage off, the lady still ended up overcharging us. The food sadly for us was one of the worst for all inclusive that we have stayed at. Cold pancakes at breakfast even when the chef just placed fresh ones down. Lacking choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner for us. The dessert offering was tiny, never any variation on fruit, we were desperate for some melon! Always pear, plum, apple and orange and very occasionally some bananas. Ice cream freezer was always space, ice cream had no taste. We mostly ate out especially for the evening meal. I highly recommend Clarobel restaurant, amazing food, great atmosphere and very reasonably priced. The pool menu is confusing and makes AI guests seem like second class citizens. Only available to AI guests when the main restaurant is closed. Saw lovely plates coming out, burgers with salads and beautiful pizzas on wooden boards. Ordered a pizza it was equivalent to a Tesco 69p cheap one, like cardboard, not the same standard as ‘paying’ guests, which we were technically too! The cocktail menu wasn’t very extensive, no basic mojito’s. Iced coffees and milkshakes were charged extra! Never had this at a hotel before. Had fun with the bar tenders trying to explain how to make a baby Guinness! They didn’t succeed so we renamed it a Guinness baby! Overall would we stay again, yes but only on a B&B basis."
