"The deluxe room with sea view turned out to have a clear view straight into palm trees, but when it blew a little, the sea appeared between the palm fronds. The refrigerators are in a cabinet with a type of masonry base, and the condensation from the fridge naturally created moisture, and the "masonry slab" the fridge is on was completely black (my husband had respiratory problems all summer)... but according to both Ving and the hotel, there was absolutely no form of microbial growth (which we believe and so does ChatGPT, when we sent in pictures). Despite the complete lack of the ordered sea view, it took 4 nights before we got a new room!!! When we ourselves looked for vacant rooms at the hotel online, there were both similar rooms to the ones we had (though they might have also lacked sea views), but there were also suites on higher floors available (so both the wing and the hotel could have solved the problem directly, without waiting for the same category of rooms...). The new room also did not have a sea view according to Wing's own definition on their website)! Even though we constantly made our complaint through Ving, (after we ourselves pointed out to the hotel once that our deluxe room was supposed to have a sea view, but the sea view was missing), several people at the reception were immediately unpleasant to us when we went to them (we only went there at Ving's urging). This because they said that Ving called them so often that they didn't think it was normal (or that they obviously thought we were whiny) .... it was extremely unprofessional. We interpret it as the staff was uncomprehending of the Swedish package travel law - the staff would therefore have taken out their irritation on Ving and not on us as guests. I must say that there was one (1) fantastic person at the reception who was very understanding and nice (I unfortunately don't know the name)! The hotel has a good location and a breakfast that was completely okay, even if we only saw the omelet chef once during our week (assuming he worked when breakfast opened at 7). If all the reception staff had been nice (and not just one), we could have imagined going back to the hotel, but then to one of the rooms that guaranteed sea views! If you don't care about having a sea view or not, or if you are not very sensitive to mold, then this hotel is completely okay. If you want a nice sea view, floors 4 or 5 are the ones to look at, and I guess that's where the suites are! We understand that the hotels in Cyprus have a different definition of what sea view is than what Ving has on its website."

"Good rooms, clean and nice place. Fine location at the marina with good breakfast. Resturant/bar was also very nice both for lunch and dinner. And for avening visits for drink, tv sport and music. Tried the hotel spa yasneris. Good relaxing massage. Thanks. Will be back in cyprus after this nice stay. 👌"
