"Wonderful place and service, stuff were amazing."

"Myself and daughter stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and was very disappointed from the good reviews i read. Looking back I should have looked at the age range as this explained everything. The first room we had was basic, it was very old and the kitchen area you would not have wanted to use. We were put in between a large group and had to endure constant banging of doors as they went in to each others rooms at 4/5 am in the morning, many times knocking on our door as was too drunk to remember where they were going. Spoke to reception who said they would be happy to move us but it didn’t get any better. The shower constantly flooded, material shower curtain that was filthy and floors never got cleaned at all. The main nightclub strip backs on to the property so be prepared for music from many bars until 6/7am. there were so many drunk guests coming back shouting down the corridors and banging their doors going in to each others rooms. The pool was dated and the sunbeds falling apart, every 5/10 mins you would hear a slam and another guests sunbed would hit the deck as they were all split and snapped. Large groups of revellers taking over the pool, one particular group i had to ask to stop as they were drunk and kept hitting the ball at guests trying to relax. if i was between 18-25 this hotel prob would have been perfect lol. great location very close to everything and provides parking but couldn’t pay me to stay there again."
