Its contemporary rooms are bright and modern – most come with a huge window – and you can treat yourself to sea-view stay, if you fancy it. In Hvar to sightsee? You’re in luck – the St Stephen’s Cathedral, the town square, and the Hvar Public Theatre are all within a five-minute walk. And the hilltop castle is less than a kilometre away, too.
Ready to relax? Go for a dip in the indoor rooftop pool and then kick back on one of the plush poolside loungers. For pampering, head to the deluxe Sensori Spa, where you can book in for indulgent wellness treatments, or just chill out in the sauna. If that sounds too slow-paced, use the gym for a workout.
Start your day at the Val Marina Restaurant’s breakfast buffet, where you can help yourself to the likes of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals and pastries. Hot dishes are available too and are cooked to order. Not an early riser? Make the most of the brunch menu, which is served between 11am and 3pm.
Later on, the restaurant offers a Mediterranean à la carte menu, featuring the likes of Argentinian steak and net-fresh local fish. For drinks, The Top bar – which unsurprisingly is located on the rooftop – has you covered, and also offers light lunches. Sit in the lounge area overlooking the town, or opt for one of the al fresco tables. There’s also a bar in the lobby, which serves coffee, too.
Your journey to the hotel will include a transfer from Split Airport to Split Port, where you'll wait for the next available ferry to take to Hvar Island. Just so you know, you'll need to carry your own luggage on and off the ferry, which will include a flight of steps. The crossing takes approximately 120 mins. From the port on Hvar Island, you'll take a transfer to your chosen accommodation. The same applies for your return journey. Please note, the total transfer time of approximately 3.5 hours does not include your wait time for the ferry.
