Bluesun Holiday Village Bonaca

"Our stay at Bluesun Hotel Bonaca was a very enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel. First of all, I would like to praise the entire staff. The reception team was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived. The restaurant staff was always kind, attentive, and helpful. Considering the large number of guests, the restaurant was impressively clean and well maintained at all times. I would also like to highlight the foreign employees, who have integrated very well into the team. They are hardworking, polite, and contribute greatly to the excellent service provided by the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The food was varied and plentiful, offering something for everyone's taste. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the lack of music around the pool. Music was played for only about half an hour each day, which made the atmosphere feel rather quiet. The entertainment team also did not quite meet expectations. The only animator who really stood out was a young man from Hungary, who genuinely made an effort to engage with guests and create a positive atmosphere. I hardly noticed the other animators during our stay. Overall, the pool area felt a bit boring. Even soft international background music throughout the day would make a significant difference and create a much more enjoyable atmosphere. To sum it up, Bluesun Hotel Bonaca is an excellent hotel and one that I would happily recommend to anyone. The value for money is outstanding—100%. We would definitely consider coming back."
